Sushi Chef will not bring:
Individual serving dishes for sushi or condiments, napkins, silverware,
etc...

Portions of additional hours will be prorated
If chef is needed for any reason to arrive more than
2 hours in advance, additional time will be charged
Hors D'oeurves quantity is figured at
a maximum of 5 pieces per guest
Entree quantity is 10 pieces per guest
for a combination of rolls & sushi
For entree pricing, double the initial 1st hour rate
(additional hours remain the same)
$100 Deposit and/or written contract required for booking
Deposit non-refundable within 72 hours of the event
